Isaac is three!

Isaac turned 3 at the beginning of the month of August.  He loves trains so I attempted to make him a train cake. I don't like to make cakes much because they don't turn out very well but this one looked pretty simple to do! We went swimming the day of his birthday and then we had the family over for pizza and cake. It was fun to have Aunt Jenny and her family here!

Joseph loved playing with all of Isaac's toys so much he wanted to keep them!

Isaac is a great little boy! He is so full of energy! And I mean energy! He is really strong too! He is really starting to talk and likes to do a lot of things by himself.  He hasn't potty trained and really doesn't want to, much to Mom and Dad's chagrin! He has a baby he takes to bed and everywhere we will let him.  It's actually a stuffed moose I think. We can't really tell what it is. He loves to wrestle with his brothers and is really starting to stick up for himself when his brothers pick on him.  He loves to be read to, dance, sing (especially a song that his brothers love to hear on the radio called Tonight! It's really funny to hear him and he will belt it out all of the sudden at different times of the day).  He loves the time 5:30 and will tell you that it's that time a lot.  It's funny how he says it too! He is a little athlete! He can really hit a ball and swing a bat.  He can't wait to play sports like his older brothers.  He also loves to ride his bike and one day he would love his own motorcycle! If he sees one he says rumm, rummm and gets all excited! He's still a momma's boy and is pretty much my sidekick! He is very tech savy and calls his Uncle Paul and Steve (or trys to) all the time on Dad's phone.  Somedays he asks what they are doing all day!! He even will call me on my cell and if I don't answer, he leaves me a message. He loves Dora the Explorer.  For his birthday, I ordered him a Dora show that puts his picture in the movie and it's called Who's birthday is it?  And Dora goes on an adventure to find out it's Isaac's birthday.  He loved it!  He also like a show called Bubble Guppies and wants to watch it all the time!  He also loves Curious George. I am sure there are lots of other funny things about him but all in all we love him and are grateful he's in our family!

We went to get some school shoes and Isaac found these girl boots and insisted on putting them on and wanted to take them home.  He loves everything girl and whenever we go to Payless or anywhere that has purses, he trys to take one home!

His three year old well child visit.  He did really well for the nurse
