Trip to Jackson Hole

Over Memorial Day weekend, Ben's parents took us up to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ben's brother Travis and his family came and so did Ben's brother Paul and his fiance. We stayed at Signal Mountain Lodge in cabins and we visited Jackson Hole and went to a shootout on town square. The boys loved it, especially Alex. He wore his Three Amigo hat in honor of it. We also went to Yellowstone and saw the geysers and the waterfalls. We saw a lot of elk, moose and even some grizzly bears! The boys loved throwing rocks in the lake we stayed by. On the last day, we took a ferry ride with Grandpa and hiked at Jenny Lake. It was a lot of fun!

Preschool graduation!

They had a rock and roll theme this year

This is Jeremy's teacher, Miss Lori. She has taught him for 3 years now.

Jeremy had his final preschool graduation a few weeks ago! He is now headed to kindergarten! He received the valedictorian award! He is reading and knows so much! We are so proud of him!

T-ball!

Jeremy is now done with soccer and has started to play T-ball and guess who his coach is?! His dad! It has been fun to watch and his best friend Jack is even on the team!

Jeremy's 1st tooth

Jeremy has had a couple of loose teeth for a few weeks. One in particular was really loose. I told him that he could let me pull it out, bite into an apple or have his Uncle Paul pull it out (he has been successful in pulling out other teeth). Jeremy tried an apple but it didn't really work. So after much coaxing (he really thought it would hurt), I got a wet rag and put it in his mouth. With a quick motion, I pulled it out. He didn't even know it was out. He was quite pleased! Then the next day, we were at Grandma and Grandpa's and he had gone up to the bathroom. He came down the stairs holding his other tooth! He had pulled it out all by himself! He was quite excited to have the tooth fairy bring him a dollar two nights in a row! The teeth are now growing in nicely!

Bring your child to work day!

In April, I was able to bring Jeremy to work with me for a couple of hours. It was a lot of fun. He drew me a fun picture of both of us and he found a treasure in the vault!
