Jeremy and Alex had a week off from school this year for spring break. We were able to do a few fun things. The first few pictures are of me & the boys going to the Ice Sheet. Jeremy loved it so much when he went with his 3rd grade class that he wanted his brothers to experience it. But alas, his brothers didn't like it as much as he did. Alex hated it actually. The skates hurt his feet and he quickly wanted to get out of them. Isaac couldn't even stay up he was moving so much and I had a hard time trying to keep him up. So we three gave up pretty fast. Isaac spent a lot of the time on the ground (see the picture below) But Jeremy loved it again!
After skating, we met our cousins at Fat Cats for bowling. It was a fun time! Jeremy wanted to beat Addy (who is 2!) this time because last time that he went bowling with her she beat him (bumpers can do that!) and he succeeded!
We wanted to do something fun as far as a little trip because a lot of the boys friends went on big vacations and we couldn't afford that. So I found out about a deal up in Cache Valley called the Cache Valley getaway. You get a stay in one of the local motels, dinner for 2 and coupons for attractions in Logan. So we stayed at a local motel with a pool, which the boys loved, had dinner (see the fun pictures below) at a restaurant by the train depot in Logan, and spent some time in Logan. My sister lives up there so we visited her the next day.
