January activities

In January, it was pretty cold but we were able to do some fun things.  First off, Alex had a singing program for the second grade

Alex also had some artwork that he did displayed at our local grocery store Lee's

I also helped Alex make a Valentine's box for his valentines party.  It has all the things on it he loves, Star Wars and the Utes.

Isaac had a fun month from putting together a train he got last year for Christmas, playing in the snow with the little girl across the street to putting together a Lego fire truck he got for Christmas this year

The boys also love to be with their cousin Lily.  They wish that they had a baby sister

We went up to Uncle Greg's and Aunt Kelly's to sled with the cousins.  The boys had lots of fun

Alex and Isaac also started tumbling at the Marshall White center in Ogden.  They are learning the basics of tumbling like somersaults, cartwheels, etc.

My oldest sister Cindy and her husband Bruce chose to be sealed in the Twin Falls Idaho temple and Ben and I were able to go up to the sealing.  We are so happy for the sweet couple!

I am in charge of the wolf scouts still and we were able to go to our local police station and have a police officer talk to the boys.  They learned a lot and so did I!

And finally, since it is so cold, the boys spend a lot of time inside, especially Isaac.  He loves to take all the cushions from the couches and bring all the pillows and blankets from all the rooms and make forts, etc. He does this at least twice a day it seems!
