Cub scout camp day at Camp Fife

Again this year, I got to attend cub scout day camp since I am one of the wolf leaders.  It's fun to go, especially because I get to be with Jeremy.  We went to a new camp, Camp Fife, which is clear out past Tremonton, Utah in the middle of nowhere it seemed.  But the boys had a good time.  They had lots of fun activities for them.  Most of the boys liked the zip line.
Here are some of the older scouts that run the camp

Here's the boys listening to instructions.  The theme this year was Space Camp Fife so everything was centered around space.

Jeremy getting ready to climb some space rocks

a small space rock wall

All suited up for the big space wall

Almost there!

He made it!

listening to instructions about the zipline

Jeremy is getting ready to take off!

And he's off!

He had a great time!

Listening to instructions on shooting space rifles

cocking the rifle

and shooting it!

Even us leaders got to take some shots!

Next came bow and arrows. This is one of Jeremy's favorites!

It may be hard to see but Jeremy got it just about right in the middle of the target!

Getting instructions on making their space rockets

Jeremy got a pink one!

His first attempt.  He got to shoot it several times before it finally broke apart.

Last destination, the BMX bike track

Jeremy barreling down the mountain side.

He got to go around the track 3 times.  On his last try, he fell and scraped his hand pretty bad.  Needless to say, this wasn't his favorite activity!
