Jeremy fundraising for the Junior Olympics

Jeremy really wanted to go to the Junior Olympics in Des Moines, Iowa.  So he started to do some fund-raising.  He started off at Cherry Days and earned about $40.

We then went to the local grocery stores.

His PE teacher was able to get a hold of the local newspaper and they came and interviewed him.  A story in the newspaper appeared in a couple of days.

The newspaper article caught the attention of one of the local news stations and they came and did a story on him and his friend Ethan.  They have been doing fund-raising at a local farmers market.

All the fundraising, plus a video that Uncle Paul made for Jeremy that we put on a website that people contributed to, plus many private donations, helped us to get to the Olympics
